TAKE A SEAT is a playful ensemble show set against the backdrop of a simple, uncluttered stage design. Five red chairs beneath an impressive truss portal that opens up the space into the third dimension on more than one level, form the playground for six highly skilled circus artists. They unleash their collective potential as they explore their various circus disciplines: partner acrobatics, (vertical) rope, Chinese pole and swinging trapeze. Solo and duet moments alternate with ensemble choreographies, continually offering fresh perspectives on the search for one’s place in this minimalist interpretation of human togetherness
